For me, the hardest part of reaching my fitness goals is nutrition. I can work out every day and challenge myself physically, but eating cleanly and fueling my body appropriately is difficult to maintain. I mean it when I say it’s easy. All you need is:
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of Chocolate Brownie IdealLean Protein
- 1 ½ TBSP of cocoa powder
- 1 medium egg
You want to blend it in a blender for a smooth consistency.
Next, you’ll want to coat a mug with coconut oil to avoid sticking, and then you can pour in your batter.
Your mixture will look like legitimate cake better. Resist
the urge to eat the cake batter.
The recipe says to microwave the batter for 1 minute.
If it’s still not cooked, microwave it again for 10 sec intervals. Remember, you want a “molton cake” consistency, so don’t overcook it.
I microwaved my cake for a total of 1 minute and 20 seconds.
Here it is! Cake for breakfast can totally be a thing. And a healthy thing at that. The center was super chocolate-y and gooey. And it tasted good.
